DESCRIPTION:This course consists of hands-on\, in-person training that teaches the civilian shooter\, novice to experienced\, how to safely draw their firearm from concealment\, improve accuracy\, move while engaging a target\, and defensive shooting techniques. These classes focus on the student and building their confidence and skill level when using their personal firearm. \nDefensive Pistol 1 focuses on safely drawing and operating their personal handgun and improving skills in marksmanship.  Class size is limited to 6 spots and is taught in a casual\, controlled environment which focuses on the student retaining what is being taught. Great for the new conceal carrier or those with limited experience. \n6 Hour course on a range\n•   1-Day course (weather permitting)\n•   Designed for the beginner to experienced pistol student\n•   Taught by a certified instructor\n•   Improve firearm handing and marksmanship\n•   Learn defensive and close quarters shooting\n•   200 rounds of live-fire (9mm) \nStudents will need a valid Carry Permit\, firearm with spare mags\, holster\, mag holder\, ear & eye pro\, & dress for the weather.  This is an outdoor event.  Location of range and a release will be emailed to confirmed students.
