This course consists of hands-on, in-person training that teaches the civilian shooter, novice to experienced, how to safely draw their firearm from concealment, improve accuracy, move while engaging a target, and defensive shooting techniques. These classes focus on the student and building their confidence and skill level when using their personal firearm.
Defensive Pistol 1 focuses on safely drawing and operating their personal handgun and improving skills in marksmanship. Class size is limited to 6 spots and is taught in a casual, controlled environment which focuses on the student retaining what is being taught. Great for the new conceal carrier or those with limited experience.
Cost is $250 and includes the following:
• 6 Hour course on a range (weather permitting)
• Designed for the beginner to experienced pistol student
• Taught by a certified instructor
• Improve firearm handing and marksmanship
• Learn defensive and close quarters shooting
• 200 rounds of live-fire (9mm) & targets

Students will need a valid Carry Permit, firearm with spare mags, holster, mag holder, ear & eye pro, & dress for the weather. This is an outdoor event. Location of range and a release will be emailed to confirmed students.
